# Netherlands


After nearly 7 years in the UK it is time to move back to Nijmegen in the Netherlands!

My wife starts a new job in the new year, so no more [NLGids London](https://nlgids.london/). Almost
everything for the move has been taken care off (house, school, internet, etc.), so we're mostly
busy packing boxes.

I'm going to miss many things, notable all the friends and colleagues I've made and met here.
Thankfully I can remotely work from home, while traveling to London ever so often. So I will still be
around for folks who want to meet up.

Only the
[French](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/dec/11/france-french-pm-reveals-details-of-fairer-pension-reforms)
can keep us in London now.
