[rdup] ANNOUNCEMENT: rdup 0.3.0 released

Hello,

I haven't received any feedback on rdup 0.3.0-rc1, so it looks like it
is working :-). Therefor I'm releasing rdup 0.3.0. Only the
documentation was updated slightly since rc1, but it still needs some
more work.

Changelog rc1 -> 0.3.0:
   -- minor fixes --
   * add manual page for rdup-snap-link
   * Some autotool fixes
   * documentation updates
