yeah, I know :( I've fixed that, but haven't released anything new.
You could try:
http://miek.nl/rdup-0.3.0-20061014.tar.bz2

This will become 0.3.0 in about a week (I guess).
Note that there are a lot of changes and all commands are now prefixed
with 'rdup-'. So gzip.pl is now rdup-gzip. etc.
